Shipping
Products are made to order and delivered within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is calculated for your items and delivery address and shown before payment. Production time is additional to carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; items made by different providers may arrive separately.
Check your shipping address carefully. Contact H2 promptly about an address error or delivery problem. Changes may no longer be possible after production begins. Any proposed reshipping charge will be discussed with you before it is charged.
Returns and refunds
Each product is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a size or color you selected incorrectly, or for a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact info@h2mountaincollective.com as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed production error. Do not return an item without instructions from H2. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Cancellation requests must reach us before production starts and cannot be guaranteed. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
Store privacy
When you begin checkout, H2 collects your name, email, shipping address, selected products, and order details. We use them to quote shipping, process your order, send order and shipping updates, provide support, and maintain transaction records. Stripe processes payment information; H2 does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Printify and its production and shipping partners receive the details needed to calculate shipping and fulfill your order. Bluehost hosts the website and private order records.
Essential session cookies help protect checkout and associate your order with your browser. This store does not add advertising cookies or enroll you in marketing. You may contact H2 about your information at info@h2mountaincollective.com. Records needed for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations may need to be retained.
Product purchase terms
Prices are in US dollars. The final product price, shipping charge, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Availability is checked at checkout. If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, H2 will contact you about a resolution or refund. Screen colors and print positioning can vary slightly; photos are representative of the product identified in their caption.
These terms cover merchandise purchases only. Ski trips, guides, travel, and event bookings are not included in a merchandise purchase and will have separate booking terms when offered.
